Pablo
Pablo Míguez was a 14 year old boy who was kidnapped by the Argentine military and never seen again during the dictatorship in the 70’s. Pablo was one of 30,000 who were taken by the military and “disappeared”. The military would throw their victims out of airplanes while sedated in the Río de la Plata. This statue of Pablo pays respects to the victims of state terrorism in Argentina and floats in the river where the boy and thousands of others were likely dropped into the sea.
Printed with luster finish.
